The layout was unique, did not think this was coming. Staff were super nice and overly willing to help.

our location was a better room but did not have elevator

Staff was smiling all the time, services were goodRooms were spacious and clean. We got the lake view room.

Housekeeping services can be improved as i have to call them multiple times to get something. Apart from that all things were amazing.

The hotel was very nice I booked app booking.com easily and booked, so the Area to Space and separate my room stay poor villa view of mountains and fresh air I liked too much nice experience visit.

Accommodation in the room does not have the bath accessories shampoo, shower cream and cap shower not have we are development so step on the floor watering wet on the floor when I use the dryer so dangerous.

The property is very green and scenic

The maintainance of the rooms was not upto the mark. The bathroom glass door was broken. There was no one to take the luggage on arrival

Customer approach. HOD’s should get more empowerment to take independent and immediate business.I believe it’ll be good if the staff gets professional training before they land up on the field.
